I have always enjoyed creating delicious, beautiful and generous recipes. But in recent years, another side of me has emerged: the one who seeks to understand what we eat, how it affects us, and how our diet can sustain our vitality.
This path has inspired me to create Sauhje, a space dedicated to healthy recipes, wellness tips, gentle rituals, and introspective reflections. A genuine road book that I develop at my own pace and with my heart.
I train myself, I try, I explore… in order to bridge the gap between gustatory pleasure, intestinal health, emotional state, and daily balance. My sources of inspiration include healthy eating, ancient customs, natural medicine, and a holistic approach to well being.
Aside from my standard services, I also support wellness projects such as holistic retreats, health events, natural food days, and any occasions of reconnecting with oneself via taste.
My approach is sensitive and intuitive, inspired by my research into natural nutrition, anti-inflammatory diets, and culinary traditions that respect the living. Each proposal is unique, matching your needs, the season and the energy of the place.
